Conducting worldwide business for over 26 years, N&A Engineering Solutions is a specialized Engineering and Project Management company for medium & large-sized projects, working across various industries segments.
N&A Engineering Solutions branch in the US was founded in 2015, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Our engineers in the US work hand in hand with our High Value Center in Brazil, allowing the company to provide high quality and cost competitive engineering solutions that fit the needs of each project.
N&A is specialized in the implementation of projects in various industries segments, sizes, and complexity, working in all phases of the project life cycle:
N&A utilizes a customer focused organizational structure with departments led and supported by a Directive Project Management Office. Employing experienced and skilled project managers and subject matter experts able to directly connect with projects.
The project management methodology applied by N & A is documented and consolidated in the Project Management Manual (MGP), which was developed based on decades of experience of its directors and employees, based on the best practices recommended by PMI (Project Management Institute),an organization that brings together the most advanced techniques in the world, working in the ten areas of knowledge that cover a project.
Utilizing systems and procedures for technical and operational control, pre-defined but customized to the client’s procedures (tailor-made) with a team of suitably qualified professionals composed of engineers, specialists and technicians with vast experience in engineering and management. N & A is prepared and able to meet project management requirements, complying with time, cost, quality and HS&E requirements in project execution focusing to meet the required safety, operation and maintenance standards.

The company’s headquarter in Brazil is in Salvador-BA, with branches in Sao Paulo and Recife.
Along all this 26 years the Company had Projects in several countries like the United States, China, Congo, Guinea, Mozambique. Enabling us to work in Projects anywhere in the Globe.
Our US Branch was founded in 2015 in Texas and has grown remarkably since its foundation, working with local talents and partners and with strong integration with the Brazilian Team.
Chief Financial Officer.
Receiving a degree Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal da Bahia as well as an MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He has more than 20 years of experience, starting his career in large firms such as TIM, Claro and NEC before joining N&A group as the CFO in 2010. Ricardo moved to the US in 2019 to support the expansion and growth of N&A USA.
VP of Operations.
Receiving a degree in Civil Engineering with a Specialization in Construction Management at the University of Sao Paulo, as well as an MBA in Project Management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas. Before joining the N&A Group in 2013, Leandro worked for several major firms such as, Andritz, Poyry and ICEC. Leandro has been working with international projects in China and Europe since 2014 and was a founding member of N&A USA in 2015.
Engineering Director.
Receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as certificate of Business Foundations from the McCombs School of Business. Albert started his career in firms focused in process development, receiving patents in furnace design and automation. Albert has been part of the engineering and project management teams for Large Capital International projects through firms such as Ambitech and Zachry Group, joining the N&A group in 2020.
